1. Aloe vera:




A leaf of the aloe vera plant helps balance the scalp's pH level and promotes hair growth. Remove pulp to control hair fall. After washing your hair, massage the pulp in your scalp and leave it for 10-15 minutes then wash it off with cold water.


2. Awla:




Awla is rich in vitamin C. Its antioxidant, antibacterial properties help to promote hair growth and maintain a healthy scalp. One teaspoon of awla and lemon juice, massage your scalp thoroughly at night and wash it in the morning.


3. Onion juice:




Onion juice helps hair follicles to improve blood circulation and reduce inflammation because it contains high sulfur. Remove the juice and apply it directly to the scalp and leave for 15-20 minutes. Wash it later shampoo your hair.


4. Green Tea:




Green tea is well known for promoting hair follicles and stimulates hair production as it increases the rate of metabolism. Remove 2 green tea bags and mix it with warm water. When it cools to use the solution to rinse your hair.


5. Egg White




The white part of the egg is rich in vitamin B, nutrients and protein for hair growth. Break an egg and separate the yolk portion. Mix the egg whites well with 1 tsp olive oil until it thickens and use a dye brush to apply to your scalp and hair.

Lemon juice contains vitamin C, alpha hydroxy acids that flush out dead cells and is an excellent astringent that tightens pores in the scalp and reduces palatability. Prepare a cup of lemon juice and rub it with a cloth. Mix it in warm water and pour gently on your scalp with a massage. Finally, wash it.


7.  Coconut oil




Coconut oil contains antioxidants that strengthen the hair and antibacterial action to control scalp infections. Heat the oil slightly and massage it gently throughout your hair, scalp in circular motion. Leave it for 30-40 minutes or overnight and wash with shampoo.


8. Potatoes




Potatoes contain vitamin C, potassium (K), iron (Fe) which are important for hair-friendly health and reduce hair loss. Peel the skin of the potato and blend it. Remove potato juice and mix it with honey and water. Apply the mixture on your scalp, leave it for 20-30 minutes and wash it off.


9. Beetroot




Beet juice contains carbohydrates, proteins, phosphorus and calcium. Grind some beetroot juice and make a paste with henna. After a few minutes of washing, apply it on the scalp.


10. Methi




Methi helps to regenerate hair follicles. Boil methi seeds in coconut oil. After cooling, apply it on the hair roots. Then, wash it with shampoo.
