New Approaches for Hair Loss Treatment

New Approaches for Hair Loss Treatment

Man has tried every imaginable thing to stop hair loss and regain lost hair. He rubbed all the vegetable and fruit juices and every available herb juice. Nevertheless, they were unable to find any effective hair growth treatment. There are undoubtedly many natural and herbal remedies for hair growth, but almost all of them lack systematic studies. If we ever hope to grow hair in natural ways, then we need to study natural remedies thoroughly. And even those with proven effects require a lot of time and patience to be effective. Another thing that makes natural remedies the least preferred option in this era of technology is their temporary consequences. Couples grown through natural sources do not last long, and begin discontinuing as soon as use ceases.

For now, we have three types of hair growth treatments that help regrow hair in a natural way and restore a dense and fuller head of hair. These include medical treatment, laser therapy, and surgical hair restoration.

Medical hair growth treatment

There are some options available to treat it through drugs. In fact, these treatments give better results if you take them in combination with each other. Let us take a look at these FDA approved effective hair loss drugs.

Finasteride: Finasteride is probably the common name for the most effective hair loss medication. This drug treats hair loss by stopping the production of hair killing hormone DHT. DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is the most important hormone that indicates hair follicles to die - the most common cause of androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness. To date, inhibiting this hormone is the most effective way of preventing hair loss. In addition to controlling hair loss, this drug thickens fine hair, and it produces considerable effects.

Minoxidil: It is the second most effective treatment. It is supplied as a topical solution. Minoxidil is also a generic name; Famous brand names of this drug include Rogaine and Hair Max. You need to massage this solution twice a day, or as prescribed by the doctor and for a few minutes.

Ketoconazole: This medicine is given as a shampoo-like solution. It encourages hair growth by cleansing the scalp from fungi and dandruff. You need to use it twice a week as a shampoo, and leave the leather on your head for 3-5 minutes.

There is no doubt that researchers have studied these drugs and found them effective, they are not perfect yet. First, their effectiveness varies from person to person. One may find it very effective while another may find it minimally effective. Second, the effects of all drugs are temporary. As long as you continue the use of these medicines you will maintain your hair. Whenever you decide to stop treatment, you will lose your hair made by these drugs. Third, like all other drugs, hair loss medicine is not without side effects. You should discuss its side effects before starting treatment.

Low-level laser therapy

The low-level laser is showing some measurable results to encourage hair growth. Currently, it is considered a convenient alternative to medication with fewer side effects. However, its effectiveness is debatable. Until now, it has been unable to show dramatic improvement in hair density.

Surgical Hair Growth Treatment-Hair Transplant

Hair transplant is the most effective treatment to date. It can restore hair to hair locations in an effective and predictable way. Hair transplant extracts healthy, hair resistant hair follicles form an area of   the head and transplant them into bald areas. There is no danger of balding all the hair on our head. While there is a risk of hair loss on the front of the head and the head, the hair on the back and back of the head is resistant to it. This process makes excellent use of these hair reserves on our head.

Follicular unit transplant: Also known as the strip removal method, FUT forms a strip of scalp, usually from the back of the head, and is required to obtain the hair follicles needed for insects. The wound is stitched together and grafts obtained from the bandage are implanted on thinning or bald areas.

Follicular unit extraction: FUE is a relatively new and more advanced technique, replacing the traditional strip removal method. This technique involves removing hair follicles directly from the scalp, cutting the scalp, and without sewing. The ROM is extracted using a specially designed punch tool with a diameter of less than 0.1 mm. FUE is a more preferred choice of surgeons and patients have the ability to remove hair follicles that form the chest, armpit, and legs as well as areas of the body.

Stem Cell FUE: Stem Cell FUE is the latest advancement of hair transplant. It is the fastest, safest and most effective hair transplant technique ever. It uses an automated punch device for the extraction of hair follicles at the fastest possible speed. This idea also allow hair regrowth at the donor area thus ensuring the most natural looking results.

Conclusion
A hair transplant has only one limitation: the availability of donor hair. At present, there is no way to create new hair follicles; therefore, the patient must have healthy, balding resistant hair follicles somewhere on the scalp or the body. Fortunately, most of us have enough donor hair on the scalp or on the body to create a dramatic improvement in hair density.
